This equipment is used for winding single-layer and double-layer copper foil low-voltage foil-type coils. It is the largest model of foil winding machine ever invented in China. The equipment weighs up to 28 tons and is precisely manufactured, reaching the level of a "carrier-class" foil winding machine. The width of the foil strip reaches 1800mm, and the rotation diameter of the coil is 2000mm. The overall automation level of the machine is high. At the same time, it adopts the domestic首创 patented technology of integrated foil strip deviation correction and flattening to ensure the processing quality of the coils for large transformers.

1. Foil tape constant tension system: The belt uses a motor to reverse twist to apply tension. The tension is set numerically, without mechanical friction mechanisms, and the tension is constant;
2. Foil tape double deviation correction system: It adopts an original double deviation correction system. The unwinding machine is the first-level deviation correction system, responsible for eliminating the installation errors of the foil tape on the unwinding machine and the impact of the unevenness of the raw material end face on the neatness of the coil end face. The flattening roller close to the coil is the second-level deviation correction system. The electric eye sensor of the second-level deviation correction system is close to the coil and can accurately monitor the influence of the slight deformation of the foil tape or mechanical installation error on the neatness of the coil end face at all times, achieving the optimal neatness of the coil end face;
3. Foil tape reverse bending and flattening system: Through the flattening roller, the bent foil tape is flattened downward, eliminating the outward bending stress of the foil tape. During the winding process of the coil, the foil tape is more closely adhered between the foil tapes and between the foil tape and the mold, effectively controlling the shape size of the coil. The effect of controlling the shape size of the long and round coil with a material-saving design is remarkable;
4. Automation system: Through Siemens PLC, touch screen, bus communication technology, and remote control system, it can adapt to the digital MAS system of the factory, download orders and reporting functions.
